A fantastic group rate for the hotel is available, though space is limited. Our group rate is $124 per night plus tax (compared to the rack rate is $174 and up plus tax). The group rate is available for rooms booked for Wednesday 7/16, Thursday 7/17, Friday 7/18, Saturday 7/19, and Sunday 7/20. At this time, there is no option to book online using the group rate. Please note that there is a best rate of $134 on the Radisson website but it requires payment at the time of booking and you cannot cancel without losing at least 1 night payment.

Why not consider coming in the night before the meet (Friday) and staying through Sunday? It’s a great opportunity to build an entire family weekend around our event! For those that are coming from ‘far, far away’, the hotel has complimentary transportation to and from the local airport for guests that are staying overnight at the hotel.
